Shipping charges are not included in the product price shown at checkout. Because our products are heavy, fragile, and priced by size, shipping cost depends on your delivery location, order size, and quantity. Our team will confirm the exact shipping charge with you directly via WhatsApp or phone after your order is placed.
Standard/ready-stock items typically dispatch within 5–7 business days. Custom-finished marble, onyx, and made-to-size pieces may take longer depending on fabrication requirements — we will share an estimated timeline with you at the time of order confirmation.
We currently deliver across India. For bulk/wholesale shipments or delivery outside our standard service area, please contact us to confirm feasibility and charges before placing your order.
All marble, onyx, and composite stone items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and report any visible damage to the delivery agent and to us immediately.
