Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided production/fabrication has not yet begun. If a customer requests cancellation after 24 hours from placing the order, a cancellation charge of 10% of the total order amount will be deducted. The remaining 90% of the eligible order amount will be refunded to the customer, subject to the order status and applicable conditions. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
If your order is cancelled or a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to processing times of your bank or payment provider.
If a product is received damaged, the customer must contact us and provide clear photographs of the damaged product as soon as possible after delivery. The photographs may be required to verify the condition of the product and determine whether the damage occurred during delivery or before reaching the customer.
For a damage-related refund or replacement request, the customer must provide clear photographs showing the damage. If the customer does not provide the requested photographs, we may not be able to verify the damage and the refund or replacement request may be rejected. The submitted photographs may be reviewed by our team before a refund or replacement is approved.Refunds are not applicable for natural variations in stone colour/veining (which are expected and not defects), custom orders once fabrication has begun, or damage caused after successful delivery.
Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order number (#AS-XXXX) and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
